Each masterclass will be 30 to 45 minutes in length and built around real-world cases, poll insights, and core themes from the book The Risk Within.
Leadership Programme: The Risk Within

Our new 8-week leadership development programme is designed to help senior leaders, board members, and risk professionals embed psychological safety, challenge, and culture into the heart of decision-making.​ Based on the book The Risk Within, this cohort-based course will blend structured learning, peer discussion, and practical tools to address real-world governance and risk leadership challenges.​ The programme is currently in development and will launch soon.

Our Foundational Risk and Compliance Course is ideal for professionals looking to build a strong base in risk frameworks, controls, and regulatory understanding. The upcoming Advanced Course will focus on strategic governance, culture, and senior leadership accountability, offering deeper insight and practical application.
4. Do you offer in-person training or only online options?
We offer both. Our in-person risk and compliance management workshops are tailored to client needs and can be delivered on-site or in partnership with organisations. We also offer flexible online training, including self-paced modules and live virtual masterclasses.
